Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4–7 business days for standard clothing items.
All customizable or made-to-order items require 7–10 business days for processing.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or weather conditions. Destin Too Live is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders.

Flat Rate Shipping: Starting at $8.00 for all U.S. orders
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was due to an error on our end.
Custom and personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
